Why choose CPS?

A Tailored Payroll Service

Large payroll businesses are processing millions of payslips on a very small margin. They can do this by having standard processes that allow them to deal in bulk, At Capital Payroll Services we have a more consultative approach. We work with our clients to establish the processes that best meet their requirements and business objectives. This includes specifying bespoke reporting so we can give you the exact management information that will be of most benefit for your business such as exception reporting and absence monitoring.

Bureau Management System (BMS)

The BMS system caters from simple to more complex payrolls. By using this tool, the service can be tailored to the specific needs of the client.

Construction Industry Scheme (CIS)

The construction Industry Scheme (CIS) sets out the rules for how payments to subcontractors for construction work must be handled by contractors in the construction industry. As a Contractor legal obligations must be complied with under the Scheme.

Although the scheme applies mainly to contractors and subcontractors in mainstream construction work, businesses or organisation’s whose core activity isn’t construction but have a higher spend (annual) on construction may also count as contractors and fall under the scheme.
